You can edit the email you send your customers from the Client Invitation screen available under the White Label menu on your dashboard.
The default copy in the email is localized. If changed, make sure the custom copy matches the language selected as only the non-editable content is translated. Emails cannot be customized per customer.
To edit the email invitation sent to clients:
Log in to your account to access the Dashboard.
On the top of the page, click White Label, and select Client Invitation.
Type a name in the From field and a subject in the Email Subject field.
To edit the email, click Edit Email, edit the text as necessary, and click Save & Close.
To send a test of the email, click Send Test, type an email address, and click Send.
