With the AfterShip app you can track all your shipments in one place and automatically send delivery updates to your customers via email/SMS.

AfterShip allows you to view order delivery statuses, filter your shipments by date, status, courier and destination, display the order status to your customers on a custom branded tracking page and track your shipping performance.

To add AfterShip to your store:

  1. In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

  2. Click Apps, and then click App Market.

  3. Search for AfterShip, and click the AfterShip app.

  4. Click Install.

  5. Create an account for AfterShip, and click Login.

Access AfterShip

To access the AfterShip app after installation:

  1. In the side panel of the editor, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

  2. Click Apps, and then click My Apps.

  3. Next to AfterShip, click Open app.

Track All Your Shipments in One Place

View order delivery statuses easily. AfterShip automatically detects the proper couriers and gets retrieves statuses from them. Filter your shipments by date, status, courier, and destination. Quickly take stock of your delivery performance, and take real-time action before problems might occur.

Allow Customers to View Delivery Status with One Click

AfterShip automatically generates a tracking page for each shipment. You can customize tracking page with your brand’s logo, link to your store, or even its Instagram feed to improve your SEO and generate more sales.
