Lowest product price before discount is a new feature aimed at ensuring compliance with regulations like the EU Omnibus Directive. This feature enables you to display the lowest price a product has been sold for in the last 30 days before any discount is applied. By providing this historical pricing data, customers can make more informed purchasing decisions, thereby enhancing transparency in the shopping process. You can activate this feature on a per-product basis within your store settings.

Currently only available for stores located in the EU. Ensure your store has an EU address to enable this feature.
Set Lowest Price Before Discounting for Products
To set the lowest price before discounting:
In the left panel, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
Click Catalog, and then click Products.
Next to the product you want to add related products to, click Edit Product.
Set a new actual price in the Pricing field (if needed).
Click Manage pricing options in the Pricing field.
Set the price before sale in the Compare to price field. This value must be higher than the value in the Pricing field to show a sale price.
Click Lowest price before discount in the Pricing field.
Enter the lowest price for this item during the last 30 days in the Lowest price before discount field (including any previously reduced price you announced as a promotion).
The value in this field won’t be displayed on the storefront unless you also enter a value in the Compare to price field.
You have two options to manage how the lowest price before discount is set: Manage automatically or Manage manually. Simply click between options below the Lowest price before discount field to choose your preference.
Click Save or press Cmd + S to save changes on the page.
Customers will now view the lowest price of this item in the last 30 days before any discount, visible on both the product page and product gallery. For products available in your Third Party Store for less than 30 days, it will display the lowest price within the time frame the product has been sold in your store.
Set Lowest Price Before Discounting for Product Variations
To set the lowest price before discounting for a product variation:
In the left panel, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
Click Catalog, and then click Products.
Choose a product or create a new one.
Click the Options tab and click Variations.
Set the price before sale in the Compare to price field. This value must be higher than the value in the Pricing field to show a sale price.
In the Lowest price before discount field, enter the lowest price for this variation during the last 30 days in the Lowest price before discount field (including any previously reduced price you announced as a promotion).
The value in this field won’t be displayed on the storefront unless you also enter a value in the "Compare to" price field.
