Product images let your customers know what your products look like and are a key driver of Store engagement and sales.
Add Product Images
You can add an unlimited number of images to every product in your Store. We recommend using JPG, PNG, and GIF images in RGB color mode for your products.
To add images to a product:
In the side panel, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
Click Catalog, then click Products.
For the product you want to add an image to, click Edit Product .
Under the General tab, click Upload Images.
Select from your existing site images or click Upload Images to upload images from your computer. You can add as many images as you want.
Click Done.
(Optional) Drag and drop the images to change their order. The first image you upload will be shown as the product thumbnail on the category page and the first image shown on the product page.
Click Save.
Once images have been added, customers can see them in your Store.
Add Images to Product Description
You can add images to the product description to better showcase your product.
To add images to the product description:
In the side panel, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
Click Catalog, then click Products.
Click Edit Product.
In the Description section, either drag and drop images from your computer or click Insert Image.
Click Save.
Add Image to a Product Variation
If you sell products with options (such as color or size), you can add different images to different product options by using product variations. You can add only one image to each variation. If you want to show more images of a variation, you need to add them to the main product gallery or in a product description.
To add an image to a product variation:
In the side panel, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.
Click Catalog, then click Products.
For the product with variations that you want to add an image to, click Edit Product .
Under the Options tab, click Variations.
Click +New Variation and select the option you want to add an image to.
Click Change under the current image.
Select the new image from your site images or upload an image from your computer.
Click OK.
Click Save.
The image is added for the variation. If you have several variations, repeat the steps above for all of them.
